Privacy
Wrong Floor is part of Digijunk Holding BV (KvK 63610450). This page explains what data we handle when you visit this site or email us, and what you can do if you have questions about it.
When you visit the site
The site uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. The fonts are served by this site too.
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare handles technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. We don't use that data to track visitors.
Light or dark
If you choose light or dark yourself, your browser remembers that choice on your own device. It isn't sent to us.
When you email us
If you email us, we use your name, your email address and what you write to answer your question. If we start working together, we use them for that too. We do this because you got in touch, or to prepare for working together. We keep your email for as long as we need it for that contact or project, and longer only where the law requires it.
Our email runs on Google Workspace. So Google processes your email on our behalf.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. We only share it with the services above, as far as that's needed to keep the site and the email working.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to how it's used. Email hello@wrongfloor.studio to do so.
If you're not happy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
